IAPS was designed to provide a structured approach to planning CAP activities over multiple time horizons from 8 years to 2 weeks with the level of detail in the plan being increased as the plan matures.
First phase was development of procedures, guidelines and standards which had been created for the pilot scheme in Trinidad and Tobago.
