ALL ASPECTS OF PROJECT CONTROLS AND SYSTEMS DELIVERY

Senior Programme Controls Manager who worked as of the core team heading up the programme controls section.  Worked on 6 major projects with DLF around Gurgaon and Delhi, India, including a 9 tower ultra-high-luxury, high rise apartment complex with associated infrastructure including fit-out preparation, 3 mid-rise office blocks, a shopping mall, and 3 road bridges.  Deputised for the Project Manager on all sites and conducted claims planning on several projects. 

Part of a team responsible for undertaking a strategic review of National Grids end 2 end work and outage planning proces.
Deliverables included:,new high level end 2 end business process; producing the detailed planning process; interfacing with strategy and delivery sub processes.

Design, development and production of a system to baseline maintenance activities covering the work associated with 1600 people undertaking electricity transmission maintenance activities.

Major Projects PMO manager.
Responsible for the development and implementation of PMO processes to support National Grids UK portfolio of major projects.
Supporting the Senior Project Manager (SPM is the internal customer) to deliver a programme of works. Providing assurance back to the business that the programme isn't being delivered.
