I have over 27 years of professional experience with different Maltese and multi-national organisations. My communication, planning and management skills were acquired through the handling of various projects of diverse nature, magnitude and responsibility levels, including:-
· Senior Strategic Planner at Masterplan to Detailed Planning Level
Upmarket Office Block, 4d BIM development and Updating and Revit 3d drawing from 2d dwg drawings
Contract programme review and report generation as well as 4D model creation.
Current Role Position: Planner/Scheduler – Control and Technical Section
§ Update construction master schedule in Primavera Project Planner (P3) based on subcontractor’s weekly progress submittal.
§ Monitor and update manpower allocation and mobilization plan as per JGC standards.
§ Monitor and Evaluate subcontractor’s progress based on man-hours, budget quantity and work productivity as per JGC’s standards.
