Estimated several rail constrution projects. Prepared crew-based estimates and preliminary schedules with resources curves for major equipment pieces and crews.
From my past working experiences, as a Civil Engineer, I had been into project implementation but only to small scale construction projects . I did various government infrastructures including road concreting and road rehabilitation. Quantity take-off from small to medium sized buildings and other structures like multi-purpose halls and water supply system. I was doing this job for almost 8 years in my career.
I served as Project Manager for highway contractor, estimating projects, purchasing material, preparing subcontracts, correspondence with client, preparing initial and updating construction schedules, and preparing change orders.
