The Project was for the construction Management Phase for a new Tailings Recovery Pland for Debswana Diamond Company. The role was for Managing and controlling project planning and scheduling activities for in house as well as contractors on behalf of Debswana owners team.

Worked for Tebodin from 1991 up to 2005 as a Project/Control Planning Engineer. Was involved with a diversity of projects in various industries from the home office(s), but also seconded at clients in various locations (Netherlands, Russia)
