Develop, resource, baseline and update project schedule. Develop basis of schedule document. Setup and update monthly and weekly project progress reports. Level 4 construction planning and progress reporting. Setup and update detailed piping progress tracking sheets, daily progress reports and 2 week look ahead schedules. Liaise with sub-contractors for weekly progress reports. Liaise with client for revised access dates and information required by dates.

 Creating and maintaining fully resourced and cost loaded project plans for a defence contractor.

Using MSP, Primavera P3 and P6 I create the master project plans, and report EV and progress data from them

 Using MSP I create "What If's and theoretica scenarios to enable change requests and variations to be understood by the Project Managers.

Conwy Project - Integrated planning & project co-ordination, project status reports, systems completion monitoring & tracking, progress analysis and contractor schedule assurance during the hook-up, commissioning, performance testing and closeout phases of Conwy field tie-back to Douglas platform. Contractor planning assurance for the dry docking and five year special survey of the Irish Sea Pioneer jack-up rig. Project coordination for accommodation refurbishment & upgrade of Douglas accommodation module.
