Duties:
Projects control and planning
· Structuring portfolio, programs and projects BLOCK Z1 "OFFSHORE"
· Support project portfolio budget estimate.
· Support project team in analyzing scope of work, definition of WBS, implementation, execution plan optimization and risk management.
Responsibilities Prepare logical network of activities and ultimately a critical path schedule. Conduct weekly meeting with all Engineers to discuss schedule progress and forecasting plan. Field visit to visualize progress and ensure high accuracy data provided. Add resource allocation, as needed. Produce graphical charts & reports to be reported weekly to manager
Responsibilities Develop level 4 schedule with monitoring and controlling project master schedule. Weekly progress report preparation reported to Construction Manager
Responsibilities to incorporate with multiple departments detailed schedule and work plans and perform inclusive schedule analysis, Report T/A Manager on progress monitoring in relation to detailed schedule and work plans with an executive summary report. Support the measurement and improvement of KPI targets (Time and Cost compliance to schedule)
Responsibilities to review and prepare EPC contract of power plant master schedule, progress measurement and progress report to management including contractor level-4 schedule integration, to review and advise action required for recovery schedule to contractors
Develop project master plan with contractors and implementing project master schedule updating. Weekly / Monthly progress report preparation reported to Project Control Manager
lead the project planning on a large project, train planning personnel within the project and develop medhodology and procedure tailored to clients special requirement including to work closely with claim team for schedule impact analysis with forensic schedule intensive skill.
Head of scheduling, leading a team of more than 12 schedulers working in P6 on fully resource loaded schedules worth approx £1bn
