Member of the core technical team within the PMO environment that provide consultancy services to the client (National Water Company) under the framework contract for Public Private Partnership (PPP) Transaction Advisory and Professional Services.
Main responsible for reviewing and monitoring contractors EPC project plan and schedule. Produce procedures and process maps of technical activities and site execution activities as a clear guide for the project team (consultants & contractors)
analyse maps, existing drawings, blue prints and other data to properly pin point external factors and environment conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of the projects. Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans. Determines project specification by studying structural design, customer requirements and performance standards. Prepare technical studies and estimate of quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and labour to determine project feasibility. Define project schedule events, programs and activities.
1. Preparation of Baseline Schedule with Resource & Cost Loading
2. Allocating Time Periods for Subcontractor, as per the Maincontractors Shedule and approving their programme of work.
3. Montioring Site Progress and Preparation / Submission of Weekly / Monthly Progress Report
4. Attending Progress Meeting and listing out the Critical / Near Critical activities to Client / Consultant
5. Preparation & Submission of Interim / Final EOT Claims
