2017 – 2018 Lead PMO Planning and Controls specialist on the €100m National Telemetry Programme at Irish Water. Role was to design and implement improved PMO Processes and Tools for planning and reporting (using MS Project 2013 and Power BI), Document Control (SharePoint), RAID Management, Change Control and Cost Management. Circa 3,000 Activities planned to deliver a range of IT and OT Projects over a 5-year period.
Responsibilities : Submission & approval of Contractual program, EOT Claims, Revised & Mitigation program, Oversee the progress, look ahead & forecasts, liaise with the Client and the Consultants to manage daily, weekly & monthly reports, preparation of weekly progress presentation for the weekly meetings
