This is Balfour Beatty Major Constructions first integrated project combining their Electrical division and their Mechanical Bromborough office. Additional to the development of the M&P scope with the integration of the E&I scope was the alignment of supervision to the benefits of timely and accurate reporting allowing them to arrange their resources more efficiently.
Due to ongoing scheduling access issues with other contractors, engineering and material shortages the project was re-baselining twice.
