Provided pre & post technical sales support to existing and potential customers. Arranged and delivered presentations and demonstrations on new upcoming products, whilst managing customer's expectations throughout. Also helped resolve any issues they had with our products by co-ordinating with the world wide R&D centres for a resolutionin a timely manner.
Charles managed the design, detailing and construction of the music editing suite (studio) located within the main departmental building seeing it to completion. An exciting project which included acoustics and sound management and has now been completed and commissioned. The project entailed regular site visit to supervise directly, carpenters, ironmongers, bricklayers, and door/windows fabricators. Part of the project requirement was an animated 3d visualisation of the studio.
· Developed project documents such as scope statements, scope of work, charters, reports and presentations, contract agreements, technical and commercial requirements, time and cost estimations, project coordination procedure and data flows, WBS and WF.
