-     Preparation of Level-III plan (i.e. detailed project plan) having Zone & Area wise organization of activities under Project scope of Work.

-     Regularly performing critical path analysis, anticipating bottlenecks and highlighting these to Site Manager and Construction Manager.     

-     Updating activities in level-III plan (i.e. Detailed Project Plan prepared in Primavera P3) in close co-ordination with Area In-charges & Construction Manager.

•     Supervised all type of structures work such as bridges, aqueducts, Regulators, box culverts, pipe culverts etc. Supervising piling work for Bridges and aqueducts.



•     Responsible for construction activities regarding structures such as checking of bar bending schedule, concreting work.



•     Execution of earthwork and hydraulic structures and make co-ordination between consultant and contracting firms at various levels regarding smooth progress of the project.



•     Preparation of PC-I for different Projects.

•     Site inspection of work, develop and monitor work schedules.



•     Maintained the quality of work as per contract specification & agreement.



•     Responsible to check and verify contracts IPA, variation orders & claims.



•     Responsible for scope of work mainly construction of, bridges, earthworks & structures; modify design as per site requirements and to make the project more economical.

•     Served as Deputy Director with responsibility to provide overall leadership at the District level to insure achievement of Program.



•     Managed and directed a team of six Assistant Directors, successfully completing all projects on-time and under budget.



•     Maintain close liaison with the District Government and other line agencies.



•     Issue technical sanction in cost estimated.

General Responsibilities     Portfolio Management of mega projects on Primavera, preparation of resource loaded construction schedule and plan documents, Updating projects schedule, R&, Annual portfolio reports preparation, presentations, projects Bubble charts and trajectory chart, site visits for monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects, monthly or periodic reports of all projects, correspondence with stakeholders, R&D of the Project management Tool, hands on training of project management tools like Primavera, project maker, Open workbench, MS project etc.
