o   Project Scheduling in Primavera P6 & MS Project 2010

o   Controlling & Monitoring Project Schedule and Resource Loading & S-Curves

At PCL Headoffice:

·         Tender’s Evaluation

·         Project Scheduling in Primevera P6 & MS Project 2010 for Bids

·         Resource Loading& S-Curves

·         Costing Assistancy in Projects

·         Labor & Equipment Histograms

·         Preparation & Tracking of the project master schedule & detailed schedule of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical work up to level-4 and summary level curves and Man power histogram using Primavera P-6.

·         Identification, monitoring & streamlining of critical paths running through the Project master Schedule and individual contracts.

·          Prepared level IV detail schedules area by area

·          Prepared invoices for direct and extra works.

·          Prepared daily & weekly site progress reports.

·          Prepared weekly project performance report.

Lahore Islamabad Motorway Project, Pakistan 350 Km, 6 Lane Motorway with Approach Roads, underpasses, bridges, utilities, Flyovers and Underpasses (Cost > 1 Billion US $)

• developed schedules of work and updated the progress

• monitored the works of sub-contractors and calculated /approved the payment of executed works;

• recorded and updated progress compared theoretical with actual works;
