Key Responsibilities:
· Review of tender program during bidding phases.
· Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.
· Continually assess ongoing processes to identify areas for potential improvement. As required, participate in initiatives to improve processes (i.e. participate in working groups).
· Development of Reporting system & Master Project Schedule from scratch (L0 to L4)
· Preparation of Invoices & subcontractor performance Measurements
· Updating, Rescheduling & setting targets in all disciplines using PRIMAVERA V8,3

VIJAY FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS LTD, BOMBAY, INDIA. (NOV97 to JULY98)
(Leaders in the field of fire protection systems. Caters to major petrochemical & power industries in India). Major Project with Gas Authority of India Ltd, Patta project- Project coordination, Scheduling, Costing & Monitoring of petrochemical projects on Fire Protection Systems viz. Hydrant system, spray (medium & high velocity) water, sprinkler, dry chemical powder, foam, etc. which are predominantly used in petrochemical industries.
