£ Worked as Construction Planning and Management Consultant for SCR Nirman, Railway Contractors on their various main line Railway projects in South India.
£ Responsible for developing Project Construction Schedules, estimating and assigning labor and non-labor resources (using Primavera P6 R6.2).
£ Responsible for updating project schedule, identifying critical activities, and to make sure critical activities are executed without any delays.
