Establishment of Project Management Tools like Primavera P6, Contract Mananger and Risk Analysis. Development of Master Schedule for 6X150MW captive power plant in integration with Start up and ramp up plan for Aluminium Smelter. Responsible for Project Progress Monitoring, updating and Controlling. Coordination of interfaces of multiple contractors and turnover of packages. Developed and executed plans for turnover to commissioning and to subsequent operation with  manpower deployment strategies for COD.&nbsp

PMO Office set up and management for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of 2X660MW Super Critical Power Plant, 47KM Railway Network for Coal transsportation from Coal mine, Ash Pond Rroject and Township Infrastructure Developement. Establishment of Project Execution Plan and Project Control procedure in EPC set up till handover to operator. Monitoring and control for schedule, cost and risk.

ü    Associated with the International Business Divison of Company for Progress reporting and Profit/Loss Statement

ü    Prepare actual Cost vs the budget

ü    Prepare Budget Control Sheet for every PO

ü    Prepare updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery

n  Visual inspection of fit up and welding joint. Performing visual inspection as per code specification or follow the procedure.

n  Inspection and witness all site quality activities like electrode, fit up, weld visual etc.
