Roles & Responsibilities

·         Developing and Maintaining Detailed Project Schedules

·         Monitoring cost and commitment through requisition and invoice review

·         Ensuring active engagement of team members by the delegation of tasks to the appropriate person both on a long-term and on a day-to-day basis

1. To Prepare a  Contract Baseline Programme Package to ensure that all activities and milestones are in full compliance with all terms of the Contract.
2. To discuss and fulfill client’s requirement and make revisions in the SHOP DRAWINGS in co-ordination with the architect if required.
3. To negotiate and finalize vendors depending upon project requirement & cost Optimization along with drafting the contract documents.
4. To Get all authority approval

• Executed Planning, Monitoring, and Coordination for the USD 340 Million contract for construction of the Nathpa Jakhri Hydroelectric Project at Himachal Pradesh, India.
  • River Diversion Works, 55.5 M High Concrete Gravity Dam, Four Power Intakes, Four Underground Desilting Chambers, Silt Flushing Tunnel and Gate cum Ventilation Gallery.
  • 16.062 km long, 10.15-m diameter concrete lined Head Race Tunnel.

Kumagai Gumi, Skanska International Civil AB, HCC, Itochu – JV as Cost Control Engineer

KSHI-JV is a JV for executing the turnkey project for design and construction of a 4.5 Km portion of the Underground Delhi Metro Rail Project & Metro Stations.
