•     Qualified post graduate in project management with more than 3+ years of diversified experience in the field of Project Controls. Water and Wastewater Treatment.

•     Diversified experience of project controls of UK and US. Work experience of UK. Worked projects include water reservoirs, water supply schemes, waste water treatment plant design.

•     Dignified projects include TA Tunnels Phase 3 refurbishment. This project received the CEO award for the year 2008 – 2009

1.     Project Execution – Conceptualization and design, sub-contracting for turnkey job to sub-contractor, co-ordination with contractor, design team, client consultants and management of erection & commissioning for various packages for offshore Platforms.

2.     Project planning – Preparing execution schedules, follow up for material availability, Resources and Manpower Planning. Preparation of catch up plans etc.

•To Administer Execution of Orders booked by sales Department, according to agreed Technical Specifications and Delivery terms.



•To submit monthly progress reports



•To prepare the Project Schedule and monitor key dates.



•To release the Work Order for the job to concerned depts. to proceed with the execution of the order received from client.



•Preparation of project schedule, submission of periodic project report, milestone tracking, identification of bottlenecks and its resolution, submission of documents/ drawings to client for approval etc.

•     Experience in Project Planning and estimation for Petrochemical plant Turn Around (T/A) (manpower, equipment and material) and plant modifications.

•     Experience in preparation of Turnaround schedule, procedures and preparation of reports for Management review.

•     Experience in multidiscipline projects consisting of Civil, Mechanical, Piping and Equipments.

•     Co-ordination with Clients, Engineering Consultants, Sub-contractors, vendors and other departments.
