•Executed, inspected and supervised site construction activities and responsible for the quantity “take-off” and estimation of resource requirements.

•Delhi Metro Rail Project, Jandewalon, Patel Nagar, Sector Substation, Delhi, India.

•Prepared the following: construction schedules; resource/cost projection reports; monthly valuation for running account [RA] billing; subcontractor bills certification; work order and followed-up with approvals.

•Requested, followed, mobilized materials with the assistance of ERP Package.

•Ensured the work is done in good quality prior to inspection of consultant.

•Prepared bar bending schedule and got approvals from design Consultants.

•Reconciled monthly costing reports with accounts, finance, procurement department.

·         Creating WBS of the Project on regular basis as per changes in the design and other additional activities.

·         Calculation of manpower and resource for the Project and Allocation of resources specific for the project

·         Preparing Cash flow Statement for the project using Primavera.
