•     Construction of Stilt + 18 Floors Residential Tower at Lower Parel, Mumbai.

•     Development of basic project statement into a fully detailed precedence network using Primavera.

•     Responsible for preparing the Project Master Schedule, and coordination with the Client for approval.

•     Setting up the detailed progress monitoring system. Design and implement reporting formats for various departments.

•     Preparation of medium and short-term programs (3 Week Look ahead), in close liaison with the Project Manager.
