Scheduling Planning Projects                                          Residential & Commercial Projects

•Preparation of Project schedule, S curves, Histograms. •Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports. •Backlog/Delay analysis and Catch up Plans. •Analysis of Key performance indicators such as SPI. •Manage time and progress and approve corrective actions. •Identifying the critical issues in the project which may affect the project schedule. •Monitoring and tracking the critical path and near critical activities. •Activities of estimation of man hours, risk assessment, manpower deployment schedule, and overall word load graphs. •Establishment of Management Information System (MIS).

• Working with CMCS - India, since May`2011 as a Professional Services Consultant - Project Management. Job Includes, Software & Application implementation & Support on Primavera P6, Asta Power Project, Primavera Contract Management, Tilos, MS Projects, Hard Dollar and various Project Management Tools.
• Worked with Cadd Centre Software Solutions (May`2010 to May`2011) as a Product Specialist - Primavera P6, and various other softwares.

• Preparation of Overall Project Schedule.
• Preparation of Functional Schedules.
• Arranging Weekly Cross Functional Meeting.
• Preparing Monthly Progress Report.
• Preparation of Billing Schedule.
• Monitoring and tracking of Bulk materials.
• Monitoring Cost, Sales & Profit throughout the project lifecycle.
• Making Budgets for the Project.
