Responsible for managing the function of planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, prioritization of jobs, material controlling and document controlling. 

Preparation of level 3 & 4 schedules, Resource Histogram (manpower/time), “S” Curves, integrate subcontractor/in-house detailed Level 4 schedule, Mobilization Schedule, look ahead schedule by adopting CPM technique.

Preparation of construction reports of internal/subcontractor/client daily, weekly, monthly reports, Schedule analysis, Performance/Productivity status report, critic

·         Preparing construction schedule lies with Construction team in Primavera P6 and Export into MS Project.

·         Monthly Billing accountability for Sub- Contractors.

·         Generating Daily & Monthly Reports for top management.

a.     With Microsoft project planning and scheduling software, defined and sequence its activities, estimated its resources, estimated the activities durations and finally developed the Master Program of Work as the project baseline schedule which was continually monitored and updated during the project’s progress.

a.     Study of drawings, co-ordination with different contractors, execution.

b.     Progress review and Reporting.

c.     Signing of clearance for concrete and subsequent activities.

d.     To deliver quality works and manage safety issue, adhering to systems and procedures.
