3.          Preparation of detailed phase wise programmes of the projects along with budgeting and forecasting.
4.          Breakdown of programme into daily plan and monitorin

Ø  Study the Contracts, Schedules, BOQ, Specifications, Drawings, Scope of supply and other Job related details.

Ø  Preparation of Schedules as per the Contract and as well as requirement of client using Primavera with detailed work break down structure & activities and tracking time to time with S- Curve for the Control of Projects.

Design.

Ø  Understanding the technical & functional requirement for the project.

Ø  Proposing solution feasible ,practical and suitable as per client requirement.

Ø  Interacting with client with regards to their requirement and proposing a entire design package which fits their requirement

I'm a professional Quantity Surveyor with 20 years of experience in civil construction field. I also worked as a planning engineer for 3 years. I learned P6V7 and now practicing on that.

I have 4+ years of experience as a trainer and currently working as a PMP trainer at Whizlabs.
