i have been in a project of BP BV Electrification project.

i was planning the project, updating, tracking progress, making dashboards indicating the status of the works and etc.

The scope summary is: to construct 100 km electrical for Block Valves through the territory of Azerbaijan. 

Turnaround Planning Lead for the Azerbaijan Offshore SPu of BP. Delivering all levels of plans and schedules for the delivery of Platform Turnarounds in the Caspian Sea region off Azerbaijan. Developing reporting and monitoring systems to BP International Standards

Duties included preparing Front End Load (FEL) documents in order to mobilise and start work in Pipe Yards and Camps; initiating method statements, risk assessments, and scope and schedule of works; managing CPM Schedule of works for pipe dump yards and camps.

• Preparation of  New Construction Schedules (Total Man-hours = 932.000)
• Revising Existing Construction Schedules (Total Man-hours = 1.986.000 )
• Updating Construction Schedules.

• • Develop the Project Planning/Scheduling Controls strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both BP, (JV) and contractor roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide the necessary schedules to ensure the development of proper estimates and studies within a project stage and for sanction.
  • Coordinate and/or develop appropriate internal and external schedule benchmarks/technical limits.
