Project History:
- PMO member responsible for Planning discipline and all consecutives reports and control.
- Ensure adequate resource and competency of personnel in conjunction with the Director of Project Services to operate all Project Services control systems and tools in accordance with contractual requirements and maintaining compliance with the individual project needs.
- Supervision of a staff composed by 7 Planners, being responsible for analyze trends and reports to Project Managers, assisting the team on the schedules elaboration and monitoring the EPC planning ensuring quality and consistency.
- Coordinating the Operations Planning includes the entire fabrication chain (oxycutting, heavy plate and welding shop, extra heavy machining shop, assembly and test).
- Management and implementation of Lean Manufacturing procedures, supporting the Manufacturing stage.
Responsible for coordinating and elaborating manufacturing hours estimation for tendering bids. Also developed some tools for welding and machining hour estimation, standardizing for the main components such as spiral cases, rotors, wicket gates, stator frame, spiders, getting wastefulness and using the best practice.
Coordinated workload and guide a staff of 2 Methods and Process Experts.
Responsible for standardization the Manufacturing Hours for electric-mechanical equipment, mainly machining and welding parts for tendering bids.
Involved on the SAP release update in Taubaté Plant as Trainer of PP & PS modules.
