At Downer New Zealand, Damian is responsible for the development and improvement of the planning and scheduling practices under taken by the Major Project Division.
Bluebird Foods sponsored the thesis component of John's Master of Engineering degree through the commissioning of a feasibility study on outsourcing of non-performing production lines. Following the completion of his research he conducted several other projects on the optimization of production line efficiencies on a freelance basis.
