SAP Specialist – MPA module, Reliability systems engineer
Lead for the ABS data reconciliation for Rio Tinto Aluminium – Yarwun. Tasks included:
• Extraction of Master Data in preparation for SAP ECC 6.0 load
• Training of staff in the use of ECC 6.0
• Reconciliation of transported data.
• Analysis of Transaction data for faults
• Point of contact for ABS issues at Yarwun for the MPA module
Bill of Material Project – Kestrel Coal, Emerald QLD
Tasked with creating the Bill if Materials for critical equipment used in the underground coal mining process. Items included both fixed and mobile Plant.
Maintenance Strategy Review – Rio Tinto Aluminium Yarwun
Review of critical Plant Strategies:
• Ensure correct materials are on the Task Lists
• Rationalise Work process and align with Production
• Ensure Support Equipment is included
• Review Work Order History to Support / Challenge Strategies
Reliability Planning lifecycle creation and Establishment – Shell Geelong
Tasks included:
• Establishment of a process for Maintenance Planning
• Training of Staff to Facilitate the process
• Creation of documentation to Support All staff using the process
• Creation of Custom KPI’s to track Progress
SAP Maintenance Strategy Management – RTA Yarwun
• Review and Update of Maintenance strategies
• Bill of Materials creation / updates
• Custom KPI report creation and management SAP-> Ms Excel
Planning Team Lead developing Schedules and Budgets for Upgrade work on Military Jets
Build Internet Data Centers in USA and Australia
3 month contract to tidy up hacked P6 programme with too many inexperienced users and rudderless contract planners.
Programme was fully resourced, using timesheets, and their primary actuals and forecasting repository & tool.
Required some detailed analysis into data, and many hours of correcting erroneous data, cost plugs then aligning of P6 cost values with the G/L and excel based Cost Analysis Report.
Baseline also needed to be updated to to bring it into alignment, along with the correction of the Stored Period data.
