Century Zinc & Lead Mining Project - Develop overall programme to cover the EPC for the mine, pipeline and harbour facilities. Execute detailed planning for the design and procurement and manage a team of 4 running the Engineering Progress & Performance Reporting system, controlling the 280,000 man hour design budget. Run Monte Carlo analysis and interpret the results across the project.
