Maintenance Scheduling Specialist - responsible for reporting shutdown duration's and location's across the BHP supply chain using Primavera as the reporting tool, skills in Primavera administration to manage 25 key user’s who input data to the system from their remote locations across the supply chain. One on one coaching and training of key ends users as required.

I performed initial schedule preparation (WBS, setting up calendars), breakdown of activities and budgeting, resource levelled the schedule to match staffing plan plus capitalize on available schedule float. Maintained project schedule baseline, and updated baseline. Prepared data for daily project meeting to review performance indicators, variances, and critical path. Project meeting preparation included reviewing schedule variances and critical path impact.
