Position: Supervisor

• Overseeing up to 30 tradesmen including:
  • Carpenters, Concreters, Roof Plumbers, Electricians, Painters etc
• High end residential construction industry with an extreme attention to detail
• Liaison with the client on a daily basis
• Quality Control and review correct Construction Methodology
• Ensuring a safe environment for all tradesmen and personnel entering the site
• MS Project schedule development and analysis to understand project slippages and rescue plans where required

• Managing operational readiness schedule and portfolio of construction projects
• Using Primavera and MS Project software for planning and scheduling
• Analysing schedule versus baseline and portfolio performance
• Attending meetings with contractors and assessing and reviewing contractor schedules
• Analysing resourcing and capabilities in the team (Project Engineers, Supervisors, etc)

• Tracking of budget v. actuals, internal and external resources, performance v.

Worley Parsons – FMG Port Hedland Expansion

• „  Developed and maintain a full EPCM schedule in Primavera 6 for the $110 million expansion of the Club Hamilton Motel in South Hedland. The Progress reporting involved weekly site visit to Port Hedland. Site measuring of progress to works.
• „  Weekly reporting and updating of Progress curve with Planned vs Actual, Forecast and cumulative for progress, Manning and commodities. 

Worley Parsons - BHP Hunt Point Tug harbour Project 

• Working with a senior planner develop a fully resources execution schedule to BHPBIO requirement for the $700 million 24 berth Tug Harbour in Port Hedland with supporting land facilities.
• „  Integration of scope changes and What-If Scenarios to identify potential savings and or recovery to schedule durations and costs.
