Programming services includes development or master programmes, construction programmes at all levels, tender programmes, programme reviews and audits, progress reporting, recovery planning, method statements, procurement methodologies, extension of time claim analysis.

1.       Take part with the Planning & Project Controls functional head and the regional managers in shaping the function strategies and initiative.

Project Controls functions related to Utilities & Resources Projects and Tenders.

Santos GLNG (a joint venture of Santos, Petronas, Total, & Kogas) hired Bechtel to design & build a liquefied natural gas complex on Curtis Island, off the shore of Queensland, just north of the city of Gladstone. GLNG is one of the three huge plants to produce LNG for use by Australians & for customers in China, Korea, Japan, & Malaysia.
