1.       Started on this project from the bid phase to date. Developed, implemented and staffed the project controls strategy and systems and process on this mega programme

2.       Leading a team of 8 cost engineers, change manager and systems integration engineer

Supervising and coordinating the planning staff;

Supporting the implementation of planning and scheduling processes across the greater project;

Focusing on frontline delivery to improve performance by ensuring greater transparency and value-added reporting;

Co-ordinating the preparation and maintenance of the Tunnel, Fit-out and M&E Programmes that included Design, Procurement and Construction;

Liaising with the construction team and subcontractors for construction approaches and methodologies;

Project Controls Manager for a major infrastructure construction company including managing teams of estimators and schedulers on the bid phase and finally into site delivery.
