Scheduler tasked to review update schedules and project progress during the life of the project and addressing issues and potential claims. I also developed an Update Specific As-Built Schedule that displayed progress for all aspects of the project across all schedule update periods for claims analysis.
Scheduler tasked to create a schedule representing the construction process of the bridge using original contract estimated resources, schedules, and other contract documentation. Estimator reviewing plans and specifications to determine resource quantities not included in the original construction plan and implementing this data into the schedule. Designer who created a 4D model of the bridge construction process for presentation.

Carpenter for the construction of an elementary school in Blacksburg Virginia. Responsibilities included overseeing and assisting many aspects of the project such as site layout, building construction, and punch-list. In addition to working with the tradesmen, Mr. Herbert performed superintendent duties of site maintenance, safety, and communication between involved personnel.
Carpenter for the development and construction of a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood consisted of large single-family homes, primarily solid pour foundations, and offsite package framing. Supervised and assisted all aspects of the project including: grading, concrete, steelwork, onsite framing, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, roofing, and interior/exterior finish work.
3D designer on various building projects using software to represent construction ideas and blueprint interpretations. Mr. Herbert researched various methods of computer aided design as well as software types.
