Alutiiq LLC is a middle-sized project management corporation (general contractor), subsidiary of the Afognak corporation. Projects included diverse control, systems and security facilities and office buildings ($133MM total). DoD clients included Fort Bragg, Fort Lee, Fort Drum, Holloman Air Force Base, Garrison Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Aberdeen BL-2 Lab, etc.

• Regional DoD project oversight, project scheduling and controls with both Primavera P3.1/P5 and MS Project

• Project controls mgt, Scheduling in Primavera (P5/P3), Cost Mgt., earned value mgt.
