• Design and construction management of Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) tracking stations.
• Manage design, estimating, and scheduling of architectural/engineering (A/E) disciplines (i.e. civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical).
• Manage delivery orders, major/minor modifications, work authorizations, engineering change proposals, specific studies, and technical research.
• Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, schedules, presentations, submittals, statements of work, and request for proposals.

Key advisor to Executive Leadership and Senior Management regarding all aspects of Proposal Development, Program Planning and Scheduling, Program Performance Management (PPM), and Earned Value Management (EVM).

IS&GS-Defense product line representative board member of the Planning and Scheduling Sub-Council (PSSC) of the Program Performance Leadership Team (PPLT) for the Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC). The charter of the PSSC is to identify issues and make recommendations relevant to the performance of Planning and Scheduling duties across the four Lockheed Martin business units.
