Cost estimates using Means Data Books and AutoCAD drawings. Coorporative Plan man hours available vs Actuala required per project per discipline to forecast requirements next 3 years ahead.

Managed new construction of a luxury 200 unit condominium tower. Residential portion.

Schedule using P5 a 250M EPC fast track project. Senior scheduler for site including integrating sub-contractors schedules into master CPM schedule. Resource loaded to manually level resources and coordinate subcontractors to site.
Scheduling with Microsoft Project to track the construction of approximately 500K to 1.2M dollar homes. Tracked progress of approximately 150 projects at a time from signing of the contract, through design and to the field. Worked with the managers to report slips or possible project pitfalls.
Schedule and cost in partner with TVA on Regenysis Project. Heavy daily cost tracking and schedule using P3 of first electrical storage facility in the U.S. Worked with sub contractors schedule and integrated into master schedule.
