Extensive knowledge in Primavera 6, cost management, earned value performance management (EVPM), contract management, and supervision. Experience in project controls (8 years – scheduling, cost control, and change management), contracts (2 years - sub-contracts and procurement, finance, close out and administrative responsibilities), from two - billion dollar plus EPCM/EPC mega-projects, one – half billion dollar EPC project, and 15+ military medical building renovations.
Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic concerns for multiple vertical construction projects utilizing Primavera (P6-16.2) and Microsoft Project. Support technical leads in the development and regular Government audits of cost-loaded project schedules (Currently 15+ individual projects), based on USACE and PMI standards. Developed and maintain a master schedule with 60+ projects.
