The decline in manufacturing of the 1970’s and 80’s due to off-shoring has driven my passion for the past 20 years in the area of process improvement, specifically in the area of industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
My focus for lack of a better term is in leading and elevating reactive and preventative maintenance departments to a world-class level to gain a competitive advantage in our global economy. This includes the development and initiation of such methodologies as Condition/Reliability Centered, Predictive and Total Performance Maintenance programs.

Upwards of 20 Years of Scheduling & Planning Experience in US. Project size ranges from $5 to $400MM. Other exposure includes: PM work. Written Government Scheduling Specifications. Experience with: P6, P3, Suretrak, MS Project.
Over 30 years of progressive engineering and project management expereince.
