Provide Master Planning and Scheduling Support to Proposal, EVMS and Business Management. Assist in development of Integrated Master Schedule, Integrated Master Plan, Work Breakdown Structure and all tasks requested by Program Management. Provide Interface to Milestone Professional ™ for EVMS reporting. Assist the Program Management Office in all requests. Maintain Shell Environment in MS Project for 7 separate schedules.

As a Project Controls Manager, I was responsible for overall Project Control for the Home Office & job sites on assigned projects.  Projects included the construction of a Silicon Polyreaction facility in Butte, MT., and Resource Recovery Facilities in Camden NJ, Hudson Falls, NY and Robbins, IL. Petrochemical expansions for Ashland Oil in Cattlesburgh KY, Fina Oil in Port Arthur TX, Maraven in Cardon, Venezuela, and Uno-Ven in Lemont IL.  Cost Control is provided using J.D.

Responsible for establishing and supervising a Project Control Organization for a $450MM major modernization and expansion construciton project for Anheuser-Busch in Newark NJ.  This included bringing a new corporate cost system (McCosker) on line, establishing procedures and modifying systems to support project control.  This project was unique in that that the project was set up as a profit center, and the McCosker system was initiated on this project 18 months before the company changed over to the new system.  Project planning was accomplished using Artemis & Pri

Assigned to several projects performing cost and planning functions for Exxon Chemicals Shell, and Conoco. I was also responsible for site project control on an expansion project for CITGO in Lake Charles LA, and repair of a fire damaged FCC Unit for TOSCO in Martinez CA. Additionally, I wasv responsible for the coordination between Construction and Engineering for the Exxon Baytown “BRUP” Project and the front end planning for various resource recovery facilities throughout the US, either in the proposal, permitting or execution phases

As an owner & partner, my role was primarily the general manager, dealing with marketing, proposal, estimates and bidding, work planning, crew scheduling, etc.

While at Lovett Silverman I was engaged in project scheduling for new buildings, existing facilities, and disaster response.  Additionally, I supported forensic delay analysis and claim preparation for civil infrastructure, Nuclear Power Plant, and Metropolitan Rail works projects.
