Performed Project Controls function for construction and renovation projects.  Provided Owners with preliminary cost estimates and project schedules based on conceptual designs.  Created logically-driven critical-path schedules in the pre-construction phase.  Implemented project procedures interfacing with client systems.

Senior Program Management Consultant to National Security Technologies, Inc. at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS).

Responsibilities for estimating, planning, scheduling and construction management for theme and water feature contractor projects Included Mirage Las Vegas, Hyatt Aruba and Philadelphia Zoo.

A $70 million state-of-the-art project combining the best of traditional university library resources with innovative digital and multimedia technologies.  The project included a 163-seat auditorium, a dynamic media lab, a Basque studies library, and an automated book retrieval system housed within a 295,000 SF classic brick building.
