Tom Ross is a certified cost professional (CCP), planning and scheduling professional (PSP) and LEED AP with more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Tom has worked on a wide variety of projects and held numerous project roles with increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as the project controls manager with Hill International, responsible for developing and managing project estimates, schedule, cost and document control for the $1.6 billion-dollar Midfield Satellite Concourse Program at LAX.
Responsible for managing the California High Speed Rail Authority Program Controls Department which included estimators, cost engineers, schedulers and document control staff. Provided day to day project controls support and reporting to successfully provide for California’s transportation future. Provide and implement an integrated system of project controls and reports to manage the $63.4 billion dollar program using a variety of tools including MS SharePoint, Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera CM 14 and Arc GIS.
