Electronics Manufacturing Factory Fit-out.

Planned and executed the installation of semi-automatic production line for PCB assembly and test.

This project was 6 months in planning followed by 3 weeks on-site installation and commissioning in a previously used but empty 60,000sq.ft. factory in Puerto Rico. 

I am a consultant experenced in planning, scheduling, cost and project management, with 40+ years experience as a field engineer and project manager.

Responsible for planning and progress report in the project New Humalog®Bulk Project Purification Building. To analyse the time schedule with the help of Earned Value and CMP and to write reports concerning the current situation for the customer were also parts of the task.
