Rolled out and implemented iPAS RP, a proprietary resource planning tool, in one of the biggest Canadian offices. Participate in Senior Office Management Team meetings, deciding on proposals and new businesses. To ensure compliance for all projects to utilize Hatch core systems; ensure that adequate resources are available for the current and future work; review and evaluate schedules of planned and ongoing projects; recruiting, training and mentoring project controls resources.
