Authored best practice guides in cost estimating, scheduling, technology readiness assessments, and soon will publish a best practices guide on using the Agile method for development.
Working as a performance auditor for the Government Accountability Office (GAO). Manage a group of auditors who specialize in cost estimating, scheduling, and earned value management (EVM). Audits are requested by the United States Congress through legislative mandates or formal request letters.
