• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the jobs’ construction schedules, resource requirements in coordination with the relevant departments across the company.
• Develop and maintains status reports including labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, cost performance reports and earned value curves reports.
• Generates monitors and updates construction schedule, resource schedule and cash flow curve of assigned projects
• Coordinates with Cost Control and Construction in the calculation and updating of the Company’s productivity (manpower and equipment) rates

o    Tender planning & Submission.

o     Develop project plans and resource loaded schedules

o     Preparing construction method statements.

o     Helping in deciding the construction methodology.

o     Worked in variety of projects, High rise buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, residential and mixed used developments.

Ø  Generates preliminary and final construction schedules based on drawings, B.O.Q & Specifications

Ø  Maintaining critical path diagrams and computer analysis of programme to ensure project target dates are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:1.

Self-motivated Planning Engineer with over 5 years of professional experience in the area of project planning and control, project schedule analysis and high level reporting, contracting administration and claims preparation/review for various projects and contractual correspondence drafting.
