Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise the precommissioning activities like airflushing, hydrotesting, chemical cleaning etc. Strictly adhere the plant safety protocols.
Turnarounnd Planning and Scheduling, Progress updation, Report Concerns, Plan Vs Actual Varience Reporting etc.
Planning & Project Controls Engineer - Planning/scheduling, Earned value management/ progress reporting, Labour forecast. Cost management.
Performing Planning, schedulling & Controlling roles at Mall of the Emirates Expansion & CAPEX Projects.
1. Assist Project manager in preparing Quality assurance plan for the site.
2. Involve in site inspections by checking the construction activities following the required sequence of operations. Review the NCR’s and closing the same within the given time frame, clears inspection reports and NCR.
3.Review the methods of operation to the approved method statement applicable to the project. Reviewing the method statements prior to the submission to the customer.
Working as a Senior Claims/ Forensic Delay Analyst in Dubai Airport Projects and various Non - Air Projects which include to Infrastrucuture and Building Projects.
