With more than 20 years working in Construction Management, I have gained in depth experience working with construction, consultancy and project management firms in a diverse portfolio of mega projects (Airports, infrastructure, roads, residential, hotels and hospitals) through all phases of the project from design to different construction trades Civil, Fit-out, MEP, Testing and Commissioningto handover.

This experience covered Time, Cost and Document control, as well as contract administration of FIDIC based contracts assessing Extension of Time (EoT)
