Work closely with the Project managers, construction managers, engineers as required in the development and implementation of procedures, system and reports that address current project status including budgets, expenditures, schedules, and project progress and forecasts
Perform all tasks related to cost/schedule of design, procurement and construction activities as well as provide schedule status and updates.
Provide forecasts, assisting with estimating changes, and providing claims analysis.
Overall responsibility of the performance of my team and progress of the whole project from the preparation phase up to the handover to the client (conception, design, procurement, construction, handover phases).
Management of the design phase of assigned projects in co-ordination with the engineers & consultants
Prepare tender evaluation report & prepare recommendation for final approval from direct supervisor and concerned committees
Manage the project team, administration tasks and their control
