Serves as the Contract Proponent representative in the development and administration of contracts.
Initiates guidelines, coordinates activities and provides technical expertise to assure the proper and timely development, maintenance and administration of contract, maintains conformity the accepted corporate contracting policies and procedures, and meets the proponents technical/operational requirement in the timely and most cost-effective manner.
Coordinate with concern department to initiate, administer, extend, renew and terminate the contracts.
Serves as the Contract Proponent representative in the development and administration of contracts.
