Specializedin Project Controls, Construction Management, and Project Management with the ability to establish and maintain planning systems, contract management systems, project management related policies, procedures & frameworks, communication plans, and projects master plan/ schedules along with cost breakdown structure, cost accounting, cost loading, and cash flow, also to monitor and control project performance, and support the project manager and top management with the recommended corrective/preventive actions.
1.Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using primavera and monitoring the progress at site and updating the baseline program accordingly on monthly and weekly basis
2.Assisting senior planning engineer in preparation of bar charts, delay reports etc
3.Timely alarming PM regarding the delays occurring at site from our side and from subcontractor side and its effects on our completion date of the projects
Responsible for development of Planning team & function across the projects directorate.
Effectively managing the company’s Planning function to ensure best practices are followed, costs are controlled, the Department maximises revenue generation and contribution to the company’s operating profit and increases the value added to the company.
Lead and Mentor Project Planners.
Prepare projects baseline schedules, including the relevant needed projects resources (Human and equipment's) according to internal standards, technical and contractual requirements .
Responsible for leading development of Planning function across the unit through Ensuring consistency amongst the planning practices at Unit level.
Leading transverse & continuous improvement actions related to planning at Unit level.
Follow-up Unit KPIs related to On-Time Delivery .
